Booking policy​

 

We take the full payment when booking a room. Reservation is confirmed when the full payment has been received. Breakfast is included within the room rate.

​The minimum age for booking a room is 18 years old.

Check-in & -out

​

​Check-in is at 3 PM & check-out is at 11 AM

 

Cancellation policy​

 

Cancellation is free of charge and fully refundable up to 7 days prior to your arrival.  You will be charged the full amount of the entire stay for any no shows or cancellations after this time.​

 

If a reservation has been made for 2 or more rooms, cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to arrival. You will be charged the full amount of the entire stay for any no shows or cancellations after this time.​

 

Amendments​

Amendments will always be subject to availability and rates may change accordingly.​

 

Minimum stay

 

We operate on a minimum three-night stay basis. We sometimes offer flexibility on this depending on room availability, so please do get in touch to see if we can accommodate you.

Children & Babies​

 

If you would like to bring your young child or baby, we offer a camp bed or a travel cot which only fit in our larger bedrooms (Plum or Berry Oak) and are therefore subject to availability. We charge an additional €35 per night.

Housekeeping​

 

Please note, we do not offer daily housekeeping.

If your stay exceeds 8 days or more, housekeeping is available once a week upon request. ​

 

Quiet Hours

 

We have quiet hours from 22:00 – 07:00.

 

Pet policy​

 

We allow small dogs at an extra charge of €10 per night. However, we kindly ask that you pre-approve your four-legged friend with us when you submit your booking request. 

​

Smoking​

 

We have a strict no smoking policy in the entire guesthouse. If we find that guests have been smoking in their room or in the building, guests will be fully liable and will charged accordingly.​

 

Damages

 

Should any damages or theft be made to the property by guests during their stay, guests are fully liable and will be charged in full to cover any costs incurred.
